Mr. Hsieh products have been inspired by bay area music and culture. Established in 2009, Mr. Hsieh is the brand of creative thinking. It’s logo is expressed by an uzi (representing destruction) crossed with a hammer (representing construction). The idea is that one must be able to break things down, analyze them, before they can creatively building things up.

Mr. Hsieh strives for perfection in every piece that they produce, making sure that it is of the most forward thinking and utmost quality. Our products are usually very limited, manufactured in short runs.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped Priority Mail via United States Postal Service. We are a very small operation and try our best to ship out items the day after receiving the order. Currently we are only shipping to customers in the United States.

Exchange / Return Policy

IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE:
You can return or exchange it within 30 days. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping, but we will we will send out a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping.

IF WE MADE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR ORDER:
Please send us back the item within 30 days. When we receive the return we will reimburse you for shipping charges and we will send out a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping.

We make every effort to represent our products accurately on our site. Due to monitor color variations, we cannot guarantee that products coloration will look exactly the same as pictured. We apologize, but we can't grant returns based on this issue alone.
